Super Shopper Weekly Challenge – Week 10 Keep the Wins (Don’t Undo Them)

5/3/2026

Welcome to Week 10 of the Super Shopper Challenge — and hello, March.

By now, many households notice something interesting.

The pantry feels more organised.

Food spending isn’t frantic.

Meals are ticking along.

And that’s exactly when habits quietly slip.

Not because anything is wrong.

Not because you’ve failed.

But because things feel fine.

March is where we protect the progress.

This Week’s Theme: Maintenance = Real Savings
Week 10 isn’t about learning something new.
It’s about keeping what’s working.

This is the Super Shopper shift from “challenge mode” into “normal life mode.”

And because it’s also MOO Month (Make Our Own Month), this week is about leaning into the simple, homemade habits that quietly save money without feeling hard.

Your Focus This Week
✔ Keep using what’s already in the pantry
✔ Stick with familiar, reliable meals
✔ Maintain your usual shopping rhythm
✔ Make instead of buy where it’s easy

No big resets.

No dramatic changes.

No extra rules.

You’re not adding anything new.

You’re protecting the progress you’ve already made.

Why March Matters
February often has strong focus — No Spending energy, pantry resets, fresh motivation.
March is different.

March is about proving the habits can last.

This is where:
• impulse grocery spending tries to creep back in
• “just a few extras” sneak into the trolley
• takeaway tempts on busy days
Week 10 is your quiet guardrail.

A Gentle Reminder
Maintenance doesn’t feel exciting.

But maintenance is where the real savings live.

It’s where:
• grocery budgets stabilise
• food waste drops
• meal planning becomes automatic
• confidence grows

This week, simply keep doing the good things you’re already doing.

And if you notice a wobble?

Adjust gently. No drama.

Super Shoppers aren’t built in big bursts of effort.

They’re built in steady, ordinary weeks like this one.

Let’s protect the wins.
