31 Days of MOO No. 10 MOO Magic Erasers
When I discovered Magic Erasers, back when the kids were small, I was hooked. They were, and are, the best for getting marks off walls, doors, floors, furniture - just about anywhere.
These days they run at $5 each - ouch!
You can imagine the happy dance when I discovered that they were pretty simple to MOO, and used things I (and probably you!) already use.
You will need:
A dense sponge (more solid than holey - I use a scrubbing style rather than the dishwashing style)
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
Liquid Castile soap (I buy mine from the health food shop)
Warm water
Spray bottle
Put 1 tablespoon of the Castile soap and the teaspoon of bicarb soda into the spray bottle. Add warm water to fill. Gently swirl the bottle around to mix the soap and dissolve the bicarb soda.
To use, gently spray your sponge with the mixture, let it soak in, and the wipe over the marks and watch them disappear. I use these magic sponges to clean around door handles, switch plates, wipe fingerprints off walls, to clean the bath, wipe over the outdoor furniture, over the outside of the washing machine, and those stubborn spots on the floor.
How easy is that? And how much cheaper than $5 a sponge!
