31 Days of MOO No. 20 MOO All Purpose Seasoning
This one is a bit different, but so, so very good; it goes well with red meats, poultry, and fish. Sprinkle it over a salad or add some to the top of a damper or bread dough before baking. And in this recipe I include the salt, because it really does make the seasoning as special as it is.
I get the sesame and poppyseeds from Hindustan Imports.
Ingredients:
6 tbsp poppyseeds
3 tbsp white sesame seeds
3 tbsp black sesame seeds
4 tbsp garlic granules
4 tbsp dried, minced onion
6 tbsp sea salt flakes
Method:
Combine all ingredients. Store in an air tight jar.
