31 Days of MOO No. 29 Mexican Ranch Dressing Mix
This is one of my family's favourite mixes simply because it is so versatile.
Mix it with cottage cheese and use it on a salad sandwich, or with veggie sticks as a dip. Or add it to sour cream and top baked potatoes. Or toss peeled and lightly oiled potatoes, sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini, onion, cauliflower, cabbage wedges and bake. It is delicious!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dill
2 tbsp chives
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp chilli
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp jalapeno powder
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.
To use: Add 1/3 cup to 200ml sour cream or cottage cheese to make a dip. Sprinkle over veggies before roasting. Add to plain yoghurt to make a salad dressing.
