31 Days of MOO No. 6 Bulk Brownie Mix
So handy to have on the shelf, this goes with the other MOO cake mixes in your pantry, ready to add the wet ingredients and whip up a batch of brownies.
Don't be tempted to cut the sugar - it is that amount for a reason. Brownies are meant to be sweet and gooey and fudgy - they need sugar to accomplish these effects. If you want to cut the sugar, cut the pieces smaller and only have one.
6 cups SR flour
7 cups sugar
1 cup vanilla sugar
2 tsp salt
1 cup cocoa powder
1 packet choc bits (if desired)
To make the Brownie Mix
80g butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2-¼ cups brownie mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease an 20cm square pan. Beat the butter and eggs. Add the brownie mix, beat until smooth. Stir in optional nuts. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
Makes the equivalent of 7 batches of Brownie.
