Aunty Mary's Beef Casserole
This is a very simple casserole full of flavour.
Ingredients:
500g chuck steak
1/2 cup plum jam
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Steamed rice, to serve
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Cut steak into bite-size cubes. Place into a 2-litre casserole dish.
Combine jam and sauces and pour over meat. Cook 1-1/2 hours. Serve over steamed rice.
