I was shopping in an expensive city arcade and found a beautiful story writing book which would make a perfect birthday/Christmas gift. But it was $45.95, far too much for my budget. So I took a photo to remember it and when I went home, went on Booko.com.au which finds books and DVDs (even rare ones) for the cheapest price from around the web. They found where I could get it for $9.75 with free shipping!! And I didn't even have to leave home. On Booko.com.au you can also save a 'wish list' and get alerts for when something falls below a certain price so not only can you avoid impulse buys but also over-inflated prices.
