30 Days of Christmas Cooking Day 7: Choc Mint Truffles
Ingredients:
500grams choc cream biscuits
1 packet cream cheese
Mint essence (or preferred flavour)
Choc melts
20g copha
Crushed nuts
Method:
Crumb biscuits in blender and cream together with cream cheese and essence, roll in balls and refrigerate 20 minutes. Melt chocolate and copha. Dip in chocolate and drain excess chocolate off. Roll in nuts and sit on baking paper to set.
