Cheapskates Club Gift Memberships

Just one more step and your gift certificates will be on their way.

You're going to be popular giving a Platinum Cheapskates Club membership as gifts to your family and friends.

To make sure your gift certificate recipient/s get the full benefit of their membership we need you to complete some details for us.

Once we have these details we will set up the gift memberships and send you an e-gift certificate for each one, that you can either print and post or hand deliver or email to the recipient. Each gift certificate will be personalized with their name and unique login details.

Instructions:

We need you to:

1. Complete all the details on the form - this is very important.

2. Be sure to select a password for each recipient. They can change their login details when they login to the Cheapskates Club Member's Centre. We will include these on the personalized gift certificates.

3. Include full name and current, valid email address for each recipient. We need these details to set up the membership, we won't be sending unsolicited emails or anything else nasty.

4. When you have finished, and double checked (especially the email addresses) click the Submit button.

Your work is done, we'll do the rest.

Please allow five working days for us to process the memberships and send the e-certificates to you at the email address you have supplied.
