This week's help file is all about how to get in touch with us.
There's only one way, and it's really simple: the Contact Us form on our website.
Now you can get to the Contact Us form by going to our website http://cheapskatesclub.net and click on the Contact link at the top of the page.
Or you can click on any Contact link in any email and it will take you straight to the Contact Us form.
You can't email me directly. Well you can, and I know some of you try, but I don't get them. You can try sending to any of the addresses you may have from our newsletters, but I won't get the email. They all go to unmonitored mail boxes and after 30 days are deleted.
If you want to get in touch, and I love to hear from you, please use the Contact Us form.
It's not a request to be difficult. It is to make it easier, for you and for me.

And my reply is tagged and archived along with it so the "conversation" doesn't get lost. It means no one gets confused, because we can go back to the very first Contact if necessary.
