Member Centre Help Files: What's In The Member's Centre
There is so much going on in the Member's Centre, new information is added every day, the forum is buzzing and Cheapskaters are saving money, time and energy every. single. day.
If you don't login, at least once a week, then you are missing out, and missing out big time.
The most successful Cheapskates are those who login and join in the fun. These are the Cheapskaters who are slashing their debt, building their savings and living the good life. If you want to do that you need to login and start really living the Cheapskates way.
The Member's Centre is full of hints, tips, ideas, how-tos, recipes, tip sheets and more to help you on your journey to a debt free, cashed up life.
There is so much inspiration:
Hundreds of articles in the Article Archive
Budget Renovations - real life, year long budget renovations undertaken by Cheapskaters
Saving Stories - 53 stories from Cheapskaters to inspire you, encourage you and keep you motivated
In the Learning Centre there are e-courses you can take to help with meal planning and developing cashed up habits.
The Recipe File has over 1,800 family, budget and pantry friendly recipes. I say over 1,800 because new recipes are added every week.
Then there is the Meal Plan Archive. This is where all my meal plans, going back to 2006 - that's 184 meal plans! And yes, they're what I use to feed my family.
The $300 a Month Food Challenge is an ongoing challenge, with so many success stories! Yes, there are Cheapskaters who are really able to feed their family on $300 a month! All the details about what it is and how to get started are here, and there is an active forum group for extra support, to find answers to your questions and to share how you do it.
Lots of people think of Cheapskates Club as a big tip library. It is so much more, but we do have a big Tip Store, with over 12,000 tips to save you money, time and energy. All the tips have been shared by your fellow Cheapskaters, so you know they work. There are 34 categories, with 200 sub-categories, and right now, 12,425 tips in the Tip Store.
If you just want the newest tips, then Latest Tips is where you need to go. As tips come in, they are formatted and entered into the Tip Store, and then recorded on the Latest Tips page so you can find them in a hurry.
On the Tip Sheets page you'll find tip sheets. But you'll also find ebooks, and How Tos and printable tools you can use as well as Cheapskater creations that have been shared for all to use. They are all ready for you to either read online (just click on the one you want) or print for future reference.
That's a quick run down of what's in the Member's Centre, but there is so much more; login and explore and see what you find.

That's a quick run down of what's in the Member's Centre, but there is so much more; login and explore and see what you find.
Once you've entered your email address and password, click on the Login Button. If you've entered the correct details, you'll see this screen:
Click on "Enter the Member's Centre" and you'll be in! Your name will appear at the top right of the page, along with the logout button.
If your login isn't successful, there are a few things to check:
1. that your membership is active! If it's expired you won't have access to the Member's Centre (you'll need to rejoin to regain access)
2. that you entered the email address and password on record for you, and that they were entered exactly as recorded - they are case sensitive so must match exactly to what is on your member profile
3. is your browser up-to-date? If it's not, update it. It will help with all your internet use, not just Cheapskates Club
4. if you are using a mobile device, it may be that the browser capitalizes the first letter of the password. Turn on the choice in the login box to view the actual letters of the password so you can be sure you're entering it correctly.
Once you're logged in, you'll have access to all the articles, tips, recipes, tip sheets, saving stories and everything else in the Member's Centre.
I suggest that you also log into the forum immediately, and choose the stay logged in option - it saves a step next time you visit the Member's Centre, and means you can visit the forum without having to log into the Member's Centre.
If you haven't visited for a while, I hope you do soon. There are so many new stories and tips and recipes for you to try.
