Enjoy Sausages the Low Fat Way
To make sausages a little healthier, remove their skin. To do this, boil a pot of water big enough to hold the sausages. Wash the sausages and pierce them about eight times all over. When the water is boiling drop the sausages in carefully and the skins will almost immediately peel off. Turn the heat down and let the sausages cook for about ten minutes. Turn the heat off and remove all skins and let the sausages drain of water. These sausages are now cooked and can be frozen, grilled, barbequed or added to meals. I use thin sausages because their is less fat in them to start with. Enjoy!
