Fill in the meals you plan to eat for the week, fortnight or month and put the plan somewhere prominent: stick it to the front of the fridge with a magnet, blu-tack it to the pantry door or pin it on your kitchen noticeboard.
Meal plans not only save you money, they save you time and energy as well. Taking a few minutes to decide what you are going to eat and then recording the choices makes preparing and cooking dinner so much easier.
