Buy a Musical Instrument and Save Hire Fees

My daughter was starting a band programme at school and I noticed that the hire fee for her instrument (clarinet) was $130 per semester, so $260 per year. I researched good brands etc and bought one on eBay for $128 including post second hand, a good brand barely used. I can pass it on to other children in family or even sell later and have not lost money on it. It even came with reeds and a cleaning kit etc worth about $18.
