Celebration Mocktails

You don't need alcohol to enjoy a celebratory drink!

Here are the basic ingredients for twelve single serve mocktails. 

Pour chilled ingredients into an appropriate glass, add crushed ice as desired and enjoy!

Cranberry Clown: 60ml orange juice, 60ml cranberry juice, 60ml grape juice.

Cranberry Cooler: 60ml cranberry juice, 1/2 tablespoon lime juice, soda water to fill glass. 

Cranberry Crazy: 120 ml cranberry juice, 15ml orange juice, 2 tablespoons grenadine, 1 teaspoon honey, splash of Coke. 

Green Alien: 90ml lime juice, 90ml carbonated lemonade, lime slice for floating.

Kamikaze: 60ml fresh orange juice, 60ml lime juice, 3 dashes Angostura bitters, orange slice for garnish.

Margarita: 60ml sour mix, 60ml fresh lemon or lime juice, 90ml lemon-lime soda. Dip rim of glass in lemon juice, then in salt.

Mojito: 45ml soda water, 3 fresh mint sprigs, 2 teaspoons sugar, 3 dashes Angostura bitters, 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

Orangutan: 90ml orange juice, 90ml cranberry juice, crushed ice, orange slice.

Pineapple Pleasure: 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon sugar, 180ml pineapple juice, 60ml mineral water, fresh pine apple for garnish.

Rail Splitter: 2 teaspoons simple syrup, 60mllemon juice, 150ml ginger ale. 

Seabreeze: 90ml grapefruit juice, 90ml cranberry juice. 

Twista: 60ml fresh lime juice, 60ml fresh lemon juice, 60ml pure grape juice, 60ml sour mix.

Simple Syrup: Equal quantities of white sugar and water heated on the stove until boiling and sugar dissolves, then allowed to cool. This syrup will keep for weeks in a clean, closed bottle in the fridge.

Sour Mix: Equal quantities of lemon juice and Simple Syrup mixed together.
