Pavlova
The best thing about these is they will freeze (and yes, they are very yummy)! You can pop undecorated pavlovas into the freezer and thaw them when needed. They will freeze for up to 3 months.
To freeze your pavlova remove it from the box. Check the plastic cover, and if there are any holes or tears remove it and re-wrap the pav in several layers of foil, making sure each layer is tightly sealed. If your freezer is big enough, put the pav back into the box and freeze. If your freezer isn't big enough to take the box, put the pav on a baking sheet and place in the freezer. Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet. Be careful not to crush the pav if it isn't in a container to protect it.
When it is time to use, remove from the freezer and thaw for at least 2 hours at room temperature before you want to decorate it.
How to Decorate a Pavlova

1 x 500g pavlova base

500ml thick vanilla or chocolate custard
Step 2. Then sprinkle with one or more of the following toppings, to taste:
1 crumbled Flake, Crunchie or Peppermint Crisp
1 punnet strawberries, thinly sliced
1 banana, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
1 tin pears in caramel sauce or chocolate sauce (slice the pears and spread them like a fan on top of the base, drizzle the sauce over the top)

Fresh fruit - blueberries, sliced kiwi fruit, sliced strawberries; mango and banana; strawberries and passionfruit
