White Chocolate Valentine Haystacks
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, it's time to start thinking treats and surprises for our loved ones, or friends or neighbours or co-workers, or our favourite store clerk or postie, even random strangers.
Valentine's Day always falls smack in the middle of the Cheapskates Club No Spending Month challenge, but Cheapskaters are smart and can create something special and meaningful without spending money, because its nice to give a little treat as a surprise. This year especially I am wanting to bring a little joy and happiness to everyone I know, after the last three years of drearyness something just for fun is, I think, what we all need.
And so I'm making these very delicious and more-ish no bake haystack style cookies to put in little treat boxes and share around.
