31 Days of MOO 2017 No. 12 MOO Tahini Paste

Ingredients
500g sesame seeds
1/2 tsp course salt
1/3 to 1/2 cup sesame oil
Step 1. Gently toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over a low heat. They burn easily so when you smell them, they’re done.
Step 2. Put the seeds and salt into a food processor. Process on HIGH, slowly adding the sesame oil. For a thick tahini paste use about 1/3 cup of oil, add more sesame oil if you like a thinner or pourable paste. Process the paste for at least 10 minutes. Test for seasonings, adding more salt if necessary. Store paste in a clean jar in the fridge.
