31 Days on MOO 2017 No. 8: MOO Aioli

This is Hannah's favourite salad dressing, she puts it on just about anything. It goes just as well on a chicken salad wrap as it does on a green salad or as the dressing on a pasta or potato salad.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 cups oil ( i go 50/50 olive and vegetable)
4 cloves of garlic
Method:
Put everything except oil into blender. Slowly add oil and listen, you will hear it start to thicken. If it is too thick, thin with a little hot water mixed with vinegar. Don't worry it won't have time to go off, but it will keep in a clean jar (with a lid of course) in the fridge for up to 7 days.
