31 Days of MOO 2017 No. 9: MOO Fabric Softener

You will need:
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups bicarb soda
4 cups water

Combine vinegar and bicarb SLOWLY over sink, add water, and pour into a plastic bottle. Shake gently.  Shake well before each use. Add 1/4 cup of softener per wash.
