31 Days of MOO No. 28 Vegetable Stock Powder
I use a lot of vegetable stock powder. I used to wait until it was on half price and stock up (pun intended). Then one day I read the ingredients on the tin, and looked at the spice cupboard and a light bulb went off - I could MOO this, and make it fresh whenever I needed it!
Ingredients
4 tbsp celery salt
4 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ground oregano
2 tsp dried marjoram
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground sage
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Put lid on and shake well to combine. Shake before use.
To use: Stir 1 teaspoon of mix into one cup of water to make one cup of vegetable stock.
1 teaspoon of the mix is the equivalent of 1 stock cube.
