31 days of MOO No. 6 Simple French Dressing
This is one of the easiest of salad dressings to make using pantry ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, cayenne, mustard, sugar to taste
Method:
Combine the vinegar and oil, then season to taste with the salt, cayenne (for a gentle kick), mustard and sugar. Shake well. This makes enough to dress a green salad.
If you double or triple the recipe, store the dressing in a clean jar or bottle in the fridge and shake well before using.
