Picture
Lavender is such a versatile fragrance, calming and soothing, making it ideal to use in bath time rituals.

One of those ways is to make a simple lavender foot soak.

You will need:
1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup bicarb soda
1/2  cup salt
1/2 - 1 tsp pure lavender essential oil
1/4 cup dried lavender buds

Combine everything together, stirring well to distributed the essential oil. Add 1/2 tsp, mix then test the fragrance. If you'd like it a little stronger add another 1/2 teaspoon lavender essential oil.

Store in a clean, dry container.

To use add 1/2 cup to a basin of warm water, stir to dissolve the salts and then soak your feet.
