1. Do you take advantage of freebies: samples, web sites, portals, e-mail software, online trading and pricing services, frequent flyer miles, rebates, etc.?
2. Are you leveraging your buying power with others and pooling your money in co-ops and buying groups?
3. When is the last time you searched cupboards, attics (we store stuff in the ceiling and call it the 'attic'), sheds, drawers and cabinets for hidden treasures and long forgotten essentials?
