To save lots of money and Christmas last year with the big family in mind we decided secret Santa didn't quite cut it for us as it is much more fun with everybody receiving a present. So we set some simple rules everybody gave everyone a present following the simple instructions:
1. give something you already own and know that another person would like or
2.make something or
3. get a gift from the shop. This was greasy fun, everyone gave really thoughtful, useful gifts and everyone had fun finding or making the gifts. It cost me less than $30 for 13 people!
