MOO Five Spice Seasoning
This seasoning goes well in most Asian dishes, but try it over roast vegetables for a real taste sensation. I sprinkle some of the seasoning into 1/4 cup olive oil, mix and pour it over the veggies to be baked. Use your hands to gently toss the veggies in the seasoned oil, then bake as usual. Try it over carrots, potato, sweet potato, onion and parsnip - delicious!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp ground fennel
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground cloves
2 tbsp anise powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp sea salt {can use regular salt}
Method:
Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container.
